By accessing and using Wednesday Worlds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wednesday Worlds is a platform for organizing and tracking virtual cycling races on Zwift. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including ZwiftPower, Zwift Racing App, and Discord.

3. Account and Authentication

Access to the Service requires authentication via Discord OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your Discord user ID, username, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Zwift, ZwiftPower, Discord). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wednesday Worlds and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
